Copper mesh series actually include red copper wire mesh, phosphor bronze wire mesh and brass wire mesh. Due to different compositions of Cu materials, they are with different characteristics and applications. Copper wire mesh is ductile, malleable and has high thermal and electrical conductivity. So it is popularly used as RFI shielding, in Faraday Cages, in roofing, in HVAC and in numerous electrical-based applications.

Our copper woven wire mesh is produced with strict adherence to industry standards, ensuring uniform mesh opening and consistent quality. It is available in a wide range of mesh counts (100–300 mesh) and can be customized for various widths and lengths. Copper mesh is softer than stainless steel, but its unique properties make it indispensable for electromagnetic shielding, architectural design, insect screens, and scientific research.
Note: While copper mesh is highly resistant to atmospheric corrosion, it may be affected by strong oxidizing agents such as nitric acid, ferric chloride, cyanides, and ammonia compounds.
When exposed to air, copper mesh naturally develops a thin green protective layer (patina), which does not affect its conductivity or shielding performance.
